Assalamualaikum.
If I were to remember one of our moments in the past, I will pick the very last night and day at college. We slept so late that night and only had a couple of hours before leaving the next morning. I remember you came in at approximately 5.00 am when I was sleeping. The next 2 hours, I wanted to talk to you and trying hard to make you came out of your sleep.
The next morning when you were about to leave, my eyes got teary but I fought really hard not to let it break because there was another friend saying her goodbyes to you. I looked into your eyes when the car made its way out. I didn't break the stare until you disappeared and consumed by distance. Then, I quickly went up into my room and sobbing so hard until I was tired of shedding tears. My ears were painful with every episode of sobbing. ( I don't get painful ears anymore now)
Then I started packing my stuff and headed home late morning.
